These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites, application and booking forms, communications, and services provided by HYLIUM AI LLC (“Hylium,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our sites or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

ELIGIBILITY

Our sites and services are intended for adults acting for themselves or a business. You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to provide the information you submit.

WEBSITE, APPLICATIONS, AND SERVICES

Hylium provides information, application and scheduling tools, consultations, and AI and automation services. Submitting a form or booking a call does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to purchase or provide services. Any specific scope, price, payment terms, qualification conditions, guarantee, or deliverable is governed by a separate written agreement or the written terms presented with that offer.

You agree to provide accurate information and use our sites lawfully. Do not submit confidential patient records, protected health information, payment-card data, passwords, or other sensitive information through a general inquiry or application form.

SMS MESSAGING TERMS

If you voluntarily check the SMS consent box, HYLIUM AI LLC may send automated marketing and informational text messages about your application, booking requests, related offers, appointment confirmations and reminders, rescheduling, no-show follow-up, and replies to your questions.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance or contact [email protected]. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our sites and services may use or link to third-party platforms for hosting, CRM, scheduling, communications, analytics, advertising, and other functions. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services outside our control.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Hylium name, branding, site content, and materials are owned by or licensed to Hylium and may not be copied, resold, or used to create a competing offering without written permission, except as allowed by law. Client ownership of custom deliverables is governed by the applicable written client agreement.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Website content is provided for general information and does not constitute legal, medical, tax, or financial advice. Business outcomes depend on many factors, and no result is guaranteed unless a specific written guarantee applies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hylium disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the sites.
